The staff, especially Marta, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort-she not only recommended great dinner spots but also secured us a table, showcasing exceptional hospitality. the attention to detail in the design and functionality of the rooms was remarkable; the shower pressure was perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a truly luxurious experience. Being upgraded to a room with a terrace was a delightful surprise, allowing us to soak in the beautiful surroundings and enjoy some private outdoor space. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction was further evident through its thoughtful amenities. the presence of a flat-screen TV and cozy garden furniture enhanced our relaxation, making us feel right at home in this stunning oasis. Overall, the Summum is a masterpiece of a hotel, where modern elegance meets exceptional service. I was impressed not only by the exquisite aesthetics and comfort but also by the genuine care and dedication of the staff. Without a doubt, I will be returning to experience more of the hotel's charms, particularly looking forward to trying out the inviting pool area on my next visit.
